I don't know how to contact Adobe Systems about this problem, but I think it is their responsibility to make sure that their so-called 'universal' software works proplerly on a relatively recent operating system like OS 10.6.8 that is still in widespread use. No matter how many updates I install from Adobe, their Flash Player does not work on any of these 3 computers.
